We are a biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing therapies for vascular disorders.
Our research and development efforts are focused on using our proprietary microbubble technology to treat vascular occlusions, or blood vessel blockages, as well as the resulting ischemia, which is tissue damage caused by a reduced supply of oxygen. Our lead R&D program, which we call SonoLysis™, is focused on the development of two product candidates that involve the administration of our proprietary MRX-801 microbubbles and ultrasound with or without a thrombolytic drug to break up blood clots. The initial therapeutic focus for our SonoLysis program is ischemic stroke.
