Kevin Ontiveros is our Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel. Prior to joining us he was Vice President Corporate Law, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a public biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Ontiveros holds a LL.M. Taxation from the University of Florida College Of Law and a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law.
